Anyone that knows me knows I love my Pilates equipment! This is my Thursday morning class using the rollers for the Spine Stretch. The small equipment is great as it enables variety within the moves and keeps everyone feeling challenged. We lie on the rollers some weeks and try moves such as the Shoulder Bridge.This deepens the work into the core muscles and adds some balance in too. Clients often feed back to me they can feel the articulation of their spines more clearly against the roller versus on the mat.
