Great for strength and mobility work for the whole spine and neck. Lie on your front and relax first, then engage core muscles and as you exhale lift up reach for feet. As you inhale return to the start position and place head on the other side. Repeat for 3-5 mins. As an added extra you can add in the rocking movement back and forwards. This is a brilliant extension exercise for the spine and really benefits not only strength and mobility but flexibility and posture as well.
